[PORTUGUÊS] Em Trans America Rally, o objetivo é correr o máximo possível com o combustível disponível em um rally que atravessa os EUA da costa oeste à costa leste. O jogo tem três fases:
– De Los Angeles a Denver, em rodovias diretas pelo deserto.
– De Denver a Chicago, dirigindo durante a noite, com muitas curvas.
– De Chicago a Nova York, dirigindo durante o dia em estradas cobertas de gelo.
Na estrada, carros verdes estão vindo e carros azuis estão indo. Qualquer colisão faz com que o jogador perca combustível. O carro é reabastecido nas paradas de Denver, Chicago e Nova York; quando o jogador chega a Nova York, o jogo recomeça em um nível de dificuldade superior, com tráfego mais intenso e velocidades aumentadas. O jogo termina quando o jogador fica sem combustível.

[ENGLISH] In Trans America Rally, the objective is to run as much as possible with the available fuel in a rally that crosses the USA from the west coast to the east coast. The game has three phases:
– From Los Angeles to Denver on direct desert highways.
– From Denver to Chicago, driving at night, with lots of turns.
– From Chicago to New York, driving during the day on icy roads.
On the road, green cars are coming and blue cars are going. Any collision causes the player to lose fuel. The car is refueled at the Denver, Chicago and New York stops; when the player arrives in New York, the game restarts at a higher difficulty level, with more intense traffic and increased speeds. The game ends when the player runs out of fuel.
